The Perfect Blend of Country Space & City Convenience. A thoughtfully designed home with an addition that adds a huge Upstairs Primary Suite with plenty of space to unwind, design your dream closet, and create a true master sanctuary. The spiral staircase leads from the primary suite to the basement entertainment room. If you have thought of going off-grid, come and make this one your own! This home is situated on a rare, almost one-acre lot in the heart of Lakeville and offers the space, privacy, and peaceful lifestyle you’ve been searching for. It is on a small dirt road off of 185th Street, has a well and septic (no water bill), and space for a huge garden. Bird watching and wildlife abound! This home features 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, a three-season porch ready for you to finish, a deck off the garage, third family room area, and a downstairs bathroom all ready for your finishing touches. The oversized 2-car garage, walkout basement and built in shelving in the living room just add to the charm of this country home. Many big-ticket structural upgrades have already been completed within the last three years including newer roof and durable, freshly painted siding. Majority of the windows have been recently replaced. The septic system is working but will need replacement due to the age. Location is everything! This property feeds into some of the highest-rated schools in the state, making it an incredible long-term investment for your family.
